We love working with you to design exactly what you’re wanting. Whether that’s a variation on a current item listed, something similar that you might have seen elsewhere, or even something that supports a local team, we can help you. You have creative control during the custom design process, approving the pattern, the fabric, the hardware, and the final product.
We do require at least 50% of the payment up front for custom orders; the rest of the payment is due upon final approval. Contact us for more information, or to start your new custom order today!
We ship using USPS Priority Mail, for most items mailed within the US. If you’d prefer your item be sent a different way, please contact us prior to making the purchase. We can arrange an alternate shipping option.
Otherwise, expect your item to arrive USPS Priority Mail. (Oversized packages are shipped with both cost and service in mind.)
While we hope you’ll be pleased with your purchases, we also recognize that sometimes things happen. With this in mind, we have a 30 day return window, providing the item is in the same condition as it was when you received it. No returns are accepted on custom orders.
